The bill would amend the Natural Resources Code to provide clarifications and changes to various procedures and requirements related to forest pest control. Based on the analysis of the Texas A&M Forest Service, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
