Dutton, Jr., Chair, House Committee on Juvenile Justice & Family Issues FROM: Ursula Parks, Director, Legislative Budget Board IN RE:HB2907 by White (Relating to a study on the adjudication of juveniles charged with misdemeanors punishable by fine only and the use of certain terms signifying age in the criminal justice and juvenile justice statutes of this state.), As Introduced No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.
