The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to the towing of unauthorized or unattended vehicles on a parking facility.The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation indicates it could absorb the costs associated with the bill within its current resources.  Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
