The bill would amend the Local Government Code to increase a population threshold specifying certain details of an existing service plan for certain emergency services districts.Because there is no change in the service plan under the bill there is not anticipated to be a significant fiscal impact to the state.This bill would take effect September 1, 2017 Local Government Impact Because there is no change in the service plan under the bill there is not anticipated to be a significant fiscal impact to this jurisdiction.
