 A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
 AN ACT
relating to the acceptable examination pass rate for nursing

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 301.157(d-2), Occupations Code, is

for a school of nursing or educational program. If for the
preceding three years the percentage of graduates of a school of
nursing or educational program who pass the applicable licensing
