The bill would require that online admission application forms for public institutions of higher education include a link to the Texas Consumer Resource for Education and Workforce Statistics ("Texas CREWS") report on gainful employment. Based on the analysis provided by institutions of higher education, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
