The bill would amend the Property Code to prohibit property owners' associations from restricting the display of religious items on the owner's property.The bill would also repeal Sections 202.018(c) and (d) of the Property Code. The bill would amend the Property Code to prohibit property owners' associations from restricting the display of religious items on the owner's property.The bill would also repeal Sections 202.018(c) and (d) of the Property Code.
