The bill would amend Chapter 764, Acts of the 78th Legislature to require the election date of the board of directors of the Rusk County Groundwater Conservation District to be on the uniform election date in November of each even-numbered year.  Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
