The bill would amend the Transportation Code prohibiting a person from standing in a roadway that impedes vehicular traffic or presents a danger to the person or another person.The bill would repeal Sections 552.07(b)-(c) and 522.0071 of the Transportation Code.The bill would take effect September 1, 2017.
