The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to clarify the circumstances under which a medical power of attorney may be revoked. Based on the analysis of the Office of Court Administration and Health and Human Services Commission, duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
