H.C.R. No. 159
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 4102 has been adopted by the house of
representatives and the senate and is being prepared for
enrollment; and
WHEREAS, The bill contains technical errors that should be
corrected; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED by the 85th Legislature of the State of Texas, That
the enrolling clerk of the house be instructed to make the following
corrections in the section of the bill added by Senate Floor
Amendment No. 1 by West:
(1) On page 1, line 5 of the amendment, strike "502.414" and
substitute "502.415".
(2) On page 1, line 6 of the amendment, strike "502.414" and
substitute "502.415".
