H.R. No. 1255
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Words cannot express the sorrow felt at the passing
of Rene Lopez Jr. on March 16, 2017, the day of his birth; and
WHEREAS, Rene was the deeply cherished son of Racquel Jovita
Uresti and Rene Fuentes Lopez, and the heartbreak of their loss is
shared by a host of other relatives and friends who join in their
mourning; and
WHEREAS, Although the death of one so full of promise has
brought immense sadness, Rene Lopez Jr. was loved beyond measure,
and his family will forever hold him close in their hearts; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
Legislature hereby extend sincere condolences to the loved ones of
Rene Lopez Jr. and send our thoughts and prayers to them in this
time of bereavement; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Rene Lopez
Jr.
