R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Hope Nicole Ranly is graduating as the salutatorian
of the senior class of Banquete High School in 2017; and
WHEREAS, Earning the title of salutatorian requires not only
intellect and aptitude but also four years of dedication to the
highest academic standards; Ms. Ranly has demonstrated a thorough
understanding of a wide range of subjects, and her attainment of
this coveted distinction is the crowning achievement of a notable
high school career; and
WHEREAS, The daughter of Jennifer and Jeffry Ranly, Ms. Ranly
plans to continue her education at Texas A&M University--Corpus
Christi, studying accounting; and
WHEREAS, Throughout her academic career, Hope Nicole Ranly
has earned the respect and admiration of her teachers and
classmates, and her exceptional scholastic ability, hard work, and
commitment to excellence have opened the way to limitless
opportunities for this remarkable young Texan; now, therefore, be
it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Hope Nicole Ranly, salutatorian of
the Class of 2017 at Banquete High School, and extend to her sincere
best wishes for continued success as she begins the next exciting
chapter of her life; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Ms. Ranly as an expression of high regard by the Texas
House of Representatives.
