A BILL TO BE ENTITLED
AN ACT
relating to assistance provided to employees of state agencies
abolished under the Texas Sunset Act.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 325.020, Government Code, is repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2017.
