The bill relates to the appointment by certain elected officials of students to receive a Texas Armed Services Scholarship. This analysis assumes that any costs for the Higher Education Coordinating Board to implement the provisions of the bill could be absorbed within current resources. Local Government Impact No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
