This bill would amend the Insurance Code relating to the regulation of insurance adjusters. Based on the LBB's analysis of the Texas Department of Insurance, it is assumed there could be a minimal impact on adjuster licenses and applications associated with implementing the provisions of the bill, but it is anticipated to not have a significant fiscal impact. This bill would amend the Insurance Code relating to the regulation of insurance adjusters.
