The bill would amend the Occupations Code relating to requirements for a driver education course provider or instructor.The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation and the Department of Public Safety indicate they could absorb the costs associated with the bill within their current resources.  Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
