The bill would create a joint interim committee comprised of three members each of the Senateand the House of Representatives to study and assess each public retirement system of this state. The bill would require the committee to report its findings and any recommendations by January 15, 2019, and the committee would be abolished January 20, 2019. Local Government Impact No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
