H.R. No. 313
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, C. J. Hilliard is serving as a member of the Pilot
Point City Council and she is indeed deserving of recognition for
her outstanding contributions to the community; and
WHEREAS, In her role with the Pilot Point City Council,
Ms. Hilliard partners closely with other council members to ensure
that constituent needs are met and the city's goals, including
infrastructure improvements and other major projects, are
achieved; and
WHEREAS, Each day, public servants improve the quality of
life for their fellow citizens in innumerable ways, and the efforts
of C. J. Hilliard are helping to make Pilot Point an even better
place in which to live and work; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 85th Texas
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby commend C. J. Hilliard for
her service to the City of Pilot Point and extend to her sincere
appreciation for her outstanding service to the community; and, be
it further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Ms. Hilliard as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
