H.R. No. 1594
R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Ejiro Gosa David Omoruyi has been named
valedictorian of the Class of 2019 at Richard King High School, and
he indeed merits special recognition for receiving this significant
honor; and
WHEREAS, Earning the title of valedictorian requires not only
intellect and aptitude, but also four years of dedication to the
highest academic standards; Mr. Omoruyi demonstrated a thorough
understanding of a wide range of subjects, and his attainment of
this coveted distinction is the crowning achievement of a notable
high school career; and
WHEREAS, The son of Felix and Francisca Omoruyi, Mr. Omoruyi
plans to continue his education at the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology, studying chemistry; and
WHEREAS, During his years at Richard King High School, Ejiro
Gosa David Omoruyi has earned the respect and admiration of both his
teachers and classmates, and his exceptional scholastic ability and
commitment to excellence have opened the way to a bright and
promising future for this outstanding young Texan; now, therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 86th Texas
Legislature hereby congratulate Ejiro Gosa David Omoruyi on being
named valedictorian of the Class of 2019 at Richard King High
School, and extend to him sincere best wishes for continued success
as he begins the next exciting chapter of his life; and, be it
further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Mr. Omoruyi as an expression of high regard by the
Texas House of Representatives.
