The bill would amend the Water Code to require the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to publish fresh water data from available monitoring data and assessments performed by the agency related to items identified in the bill. Based on the analysis of the TCEQ, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be absorbed with existing resources.
