The bill would amend Occupations Code Chapter 103 to require a hospital or health care facility to provide written notice containing certain information to each physician, nurse, staff member, or employee of the hospital or facility.The Health and Human Services Commission and the University of Texas indicate any cost to implement provisions of the bill would be minimal and could be absorbed within available resources.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
