The bill would amend the Government Code relating to the disclosure of negotiated rates requested by members of the legislature from certain health care vendors that contract with the State. Based on information provided by the Texas Department of Insurance and the Health and Human Services Commission, this analysis assumes that the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
