The bill would amend the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Penal Code relating to law enforcement's use of force by means of a drone. This analysis assumes implementing the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant impact on state correctional populations or on the demand for state correctional resources and that the costs associated with the bill could be absorbed using existing resources.
