The bill would amend the Election Code to require all early voting and election day polling places to have two designated parking spaces reserved to accommodate voters unable to enter a polling place. Local Government ImpactBastrop, Hays, and Williamson counties do not anticipate a significant fiscal impact to counties. Fort Bend County anticipates a cost between $30,000 to $40,000 to create designated parking spaces. Bexar County anticipates a cost of $40,000.
