The bill would amend Section 681.011 of the Transportation Code to increase fines for the illegal use of a parking space designated for persons with disabilities.Based on the analysis of the Department of Motor Vehicles, it is assumed the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact to the State.
