This bill would amend the Texas Election Code regarding the distribution of official early voting applications.According to the Secretary of State, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated.  Local Government ImpactAccording to the Texas Association of Counties, the bill is not expected to have a significant fiscal impact on counties.
