H.B. No. 2698
AN ACT
relating to covers or barriers on the windows and doors of and other
obstructions of the view of certain alcoholic beverage retailers.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:
SECTION 1. Section 104.02, Alcoholic Beverage Code, is
repealed.
SECTION 2. This Act takes effect September 1, 2021.
