The bill would amend the Government Code to exempt certain contingent fee contracts for legal services for the collection of certain delinquent permit and license fees under the Alcoholic Beverage Code.  Local Government ImpactThe Texas Association of Counties states: "According to Williamson County, the bill, as introduced, would save time and resources and help increase revenue."
