The bill would transfer the OnCourse Program from The University of Texas at Austin to the Higher Education Coordinating Board. The University of Texas at Austin and Higher Education Coordinating Board indicate that transfer could be implemented within existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
