The bill would amend Articles 55.01 and 55.02, Code of Criminal Procedure, to allow a statutory county court to issue certain orders of expunction in cases over which a statutory county court has jurisdiction.According to the Office of Court Administration (OCA), no significant fiscal impact to the State court system is anticipated.   Local Government ImpactAccording to the Texas Association of Counties, no fiscal impact to counties is anticipated. According to OCA, no significant fiscal impact to local government is anticipated.
