The bill would amend the Election Code to expand curbside voting eligibility to include a parent or legal guardian accompanied by their child. It is assumed that any related costs could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactWilliamson County anticipates an annual cost of $10,000.Fort Bend County does not anticipate a significant fiscal impact.
