This bill would amend the Election Code to provide that an election official of the state or of a political subdivision may not create, alter, or suspend any voting standard, practice, or procedure in a manner not expressly authorized by the Election Code.According to the Secretary of State, no significant fiscal impact to the state is anticipated.
