The bill would create a process for determining whether a claim filed by a sexually violent predator who has been civilly committed and who has filed an affidavit or declaration of inability to pay costs should be dismissed as a false, frivolous, or malicious claim.This analysis assumes there would be a minimal cost associated with implementing the provisions of the bill that could be absorbed within current resources.  Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
