Local Government ImpactAccording to the Justice of the Peace and Constables Association of Texas, no significant fiscal impact on justice courts is anticipated. Schleicher County reports that occupational licenses are rare in small counties and does not anticipate a significant fiscal impact on their county. The fiscal impact to other units of local governments is not anticipated to be significant.
