The will would amend Chapter 2155 of the Government Code to require the Comptroller to approve one or more entities that would certify certain information used to receive a purchasing preference for recycled products. A state agency would be required to provide notice of the preference for recycled products in all solicitation documents for purchases of goods by the agency.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
