                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD     Austin, Texas       FISCAL NOTE, 87TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION             March 27, 2021       TO: Honorable Ken King, Chair, House Committee on Culture, Recreation & Tourism     FROM: Jerry McGinty, Director, Legislative Budget Board      IN RE: HB3568 by Kacal (Relating to the sale and purchase of certain fish.), As Introduced     No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. The bill would amend the Parks and Wildlife Code to allow for the sale of certain types of fish. The bill would take effect September 1, 2021.  Based on information provided by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, it is assumed that duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished utilizing existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
