                    LEGISLATIVE BUDGET BOARD     Austin, Texas       FISCAL NOTE, 87TH LEGISLATIVE REGULAR SESSION             April 12, 2021       TO: Honorable Senfronia Thompson, Chair, House Committee on Licensing & Administrative Procedures     FROM: Jerry McGinty, Director, Legislative Budget Board      IN RE: HB3946 by Goldman (Relating to prohibited relationships between holders of certain alcoholic beverage licenses and permits.), As Introduced     No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code as it relates to prohibited relationships between holders of certain alcoholic beverage licenses and permits. The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and the Comptroller of Public Accounts anticipate that the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant fiscal impact. The bill would take effect September 1, 2021.   Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
