It is assumed that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to the regulation of motor vehicle towing and booting could be absorbed using existing resources.  Local Government ImpactEl Paso County reports no fiscal impact on their county. The fiscal impact to other units of local government is not anticipated to be significant.According to the Justices of the Peace and Constables Association of Texas no significant fiscal impact on justice courts is anticipated.
