The bill would create an interim committee to study, review, and report to the legislature on the methods and procedures for appraising agricultural land for property tax purposes. The committee would be composed of the members of the House Ways and Means Committee and the Senate Committee on Water, Agriculture, and Rural Affairs.   Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
