The bill would require food services establishments to display a poster related to food allergen awareness that meets standards the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) would develop. DSHS would also be required to develop a sample poster. DSHS and the Health and Human Services Commission indicated the provisions of the bill could be implemented within existing resources.
