This bill would amend the Texas Election Code to expand the categories of voting system equipment that a county must use to qualify for the countywide polling place program.According to the Secretary of State, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated.  Local Government ImpactAccording to the Texas Association of Counties, the bill would not have a significant fiscal impact on counties.
