The bill would require a study on mold contamination in housing developments supported by financial assistance administered by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (DHCA). Based on information provided by DHCA, this analysis assumes that the duties and responsibilities associated with implementing the provisions of the bill could be accomplished by utilizing existing resources.
