It is assumed that the costs associated with the bill's provisions relating to the entry into the Texas Crime Information Center of certain information regarding orders imposing a condition of bond in a criminal case involving a violent offense could be absorbed using existing resources.This analysis assumes that implementing the provisions of the bill would not result in a significant impact on state correctional populations or on the demand for state correctional resources.
