The bill would authorize administrative and civil penalties against food service establishments that misrepresent a product as catfish. It is assumed that the costs of implementing the bill could be absorbed using existing resources and would likely be offset by revenue increases due to collections of administrative and civil penalties.  Local Government ImpactNo significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated. Any costs associated with implementing the bill would likely be offset by revenue increases due to collections of administrative and civil penalties.
