 R E S O L U T I O N
 WHEREAS, A full and generous life drew to a close with the
 passing of Enrique Espinoza Caballero of Robstown on January 3,
 2021, at the age of 71; and
 WHEREAS, Born in Robstown to Mateo and Margarita Espinoza
 Caballero on February 8, 1949, Enrique Espinoza Caballero grew up
 with the companionship of 10 siblings, Alfonso, Ruben, Lala,
 Mencho, Gilberto, Anita, Ida, Beatriz, Eloisa, and Dalia; and
 WHEREAS, A proud veteran, Mr. Caballero served his nation as
 a member of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War; later, he
 distinguished himself through his commitment to assisting other
 veterans, even driving them to Houston for appointments; at the
 time of his passing, he was vice president of the Robstown High
 School Alumni Association; and
 WHEREAS, In all his endeavors, Mr. Caballero benefited from
 the love and support of his wife, Maria Yolanda Caballero, with whom
 he shared a rewarding union that spanned 52 years; he took great
 pride in his three children, Henry, Jeanette, and Matthew, and he
 delighted in the time he spent with his seven grandchildren; and
 WHEREAS, Enrique Espinoza Caballero was a brave soldier, a
 caring husband and father, and an engaged member of his community,
 and the contributions he made in each of these roles will long
 inspire those who were fortunate enough to know him; now,
 therefore, be it
 RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 87th Texas
 Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Enrique Espinoza
 Caballero and extend sincere condolences to the members of his
 family: to his wife, Maria Yolanda Caballero; to his children,
 Henry Noel Caballero and his wife, America, Jeanette Caballero-Bell
 and her husband, Tim, and Matthew Caballero; to his siblings, Anita
 Hernandez, Ida Garcia, Beatriz Mendoza and her husband, Gilbert,
 Eloisa Barrera and her husband, Pedro, and Dalia Rodriguez and her
 husband, Jelacio; to his seven grandchildren; to his nieces and
 nephews; and to his other relatives and many friends; and, be it
 further
 RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
 prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of
 Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Enrique
 Espinoza Caballero.
