The bill would amend the Election Code related to the residence address of a voter and would require the Secretary of State (SOS) adopt rules as necessary to implement certain provisions.According to SOS, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated.  Local Government ImpactAccording to the Texas Association of Counties, no significant fiscal impact is anticipated.
