The Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner (OCCC) is a self-directed, semi-independent state entity and does not receive appropriated funds. The OCCC notes that there would be a cost of $20,000 the first year, and $12,000 every year afterwards. The OCCC would adjust fees to cover these costs.
