The bill would amend the Education Code relating to the granting of undergraduate course credit at public institutions of higher education for certain scores on examinations administered through the College-Level Examination Program. Institutions of higher education indicate that any costs associated with the bill could be absorbed within existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
