Kolkhorst, Chair, Senate Committee on Health & Human Services     FROM: Jerry McGinty, Director, Legislative Budget Board      IN RE: SB1353 by Miles (Relating to the content of certain immunization records and of certain biennial legislative reports on immunizations issued by the Department of State Health Services.), Committee Report 1st House, Substituted     No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated. The bill would require the Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to include additional information on immunization accessibility in the biennial legislative report on immunizations and would require health care providers to include certain information in immunization records submitted during a public health disaster. DSHS indicated the provisions of the bill could be implemented within existing resources.  Local Government ImpactNo fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
